There are countless instances that I have seen her “in action” with extremely great results but there is one that stands out to me personally. I was at one of the conferences that she was in charge of. About two hours before I was to leave for the airport, my flight got cancelled for the day. I had no idea how to handle this without getting in trouble with my company and was starting to get anxious. I frantically explained to Amanda, who kindly and without hesitation paused her current task, that I was at a loss of what to do. Amanda really took care of me. She told me the best flights to book to get me home and avoid unnecessary delays for the next day.
